Loans Promejora offers fixed-term loans that are fast and reliable. The amount of the loan could vary. This decision is based on the payment capability, and of course, the needs of our customers.

The loans are paid on a monthly basis; the terms of each loan are backed by all applicable laws in Mexico.

We lend from $2,000 up to $10,000, though the approved amount will vary according to the analysis performed by our staff based on credit history, payment capability and our clients’ needs.

We do not offer loans online; we prefer to offer a more personal service to understand the customer’s needs better. However, you can pre-apply online and we will contact you as soon as possible to follow the process in a personalized way.

Yes, you can pay your loan at any time without any extra charge.

A renewal is when you get another loan that is used to pay off the previous loan. The remaining amount, what is left after paying off the amount owed, is given to the customer. This second loan has the same charges associated with the loan previously granted.

It is important to know your payment day, since a late payment may cause a surcharge. Your local branch staff is here to answer any questions you have, so do not hesitate to approach them if you have any questions. If you do not remember your payment date, it is important to call the branch where you obtained the loan since they have your registration and can give you this information. The branch staff will do everything in their power to try to find a beneficial solution for everyone involved.
