NOTICE OF PRIVACY

Purpose of the processing of non-sensitive personal data
The personal data that CAM collects, will be processed through the data processing systems that CAM uses, being treated confidentially through the systems provided for such purposes, and will be used in order to: a) operate and register the products or services that you have hired or intend to contract, b) inform you about changes or new services that are related to your contract, and c) to provide you, with advertising, new services that you may require. Also, unless you express it, your data will be treated confidentially in order to provide you at any time or in a future, information about additional CAM Services or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, controlling companies, associates and/or commission agents.
CAM may collect non-sensitive Personal Data, such as: name, address, date and place of birth, nationality, sex, fingerprint, signature, photograph, marital status, occupation, profession, activity or type of business, telephone numbers , e-mail address, banking and tax information, Unique Population Registration Code, names and contacts of your personal references and Federal Taxpayers Registry; if applicable, the serial number of the Advanced Electronic Signature or data necessary to estimate its financial solvency and ability to pay.
Security in relation to your Information:
CAM takes reasonable security measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Integrity of data:
CAM processes your personal data only for the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices, and take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete and current.
Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to the Personal Data Department of CAM at the address mxoptout@security- nance.com. The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to meet your request, will be governed by the same criteria indicated in the following section. If your request is appropriate, the Personal Data Department of CAM will register it in the exclusion list in order for you to stop receiving our promotions.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO Rights)
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data and may exercise, where appropriate, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”); and if appropriate, revoke your consent in relation to the processing of your personal data, by request to the Department of Personal Data, by means of a written request to the email: mxoptout@security-finance.com. It is important to mention that the exercise of any of said rights is not a prerequisite or prevents the exercise of another right. This request must contain and accompany the following: (i) the name of the owner, address and email to communicate the response to your request; (ii) the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; such as a valid official identification copy, power of attorney, etc .; (iii) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
We inform you that you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection, within 15 days from the date you receive a response from CAM, or from the end of the term of 20 days counted from CAM receiving your request to exercise rights, and in case CAM has not sent a written response to your address or email. Said terms may be extended once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it. Likewise, by exercising your right of access to information, CAM may send you a copy of the information or data that you have provided to CAM in a simple copy, electronic document or by any other means at CAM’s option.
Transfer of Personal Data
CAM can transfer your personal data to national or foreign third parties in the following cases: (i) when they provide the necessary services for their due operation and provision of services, (ii) when the loan portfolio is assigned and/or disposed of, ( iii) to make payment requests through collection of ces, (iv) to consult and verify personal data or for financial references and (v) for marketing purposes and promotion of new products or additional services. Likewise, CAM may transfer your personal data to its affiliates, subsidiaries, controllers, associates, commission agents or member companies of the same group to which CAM belongs, in order to adequately provide the services and/or offer additional products. Likewise, CAM may transfer, without your consent, your personal data with third parties not related to: (i) to comply with a legal requirement or request of any authority, (ii) to comply with the applicable laws on prevention and detection of acts, omissions or operations that could favor, help or cooperate with any type of crime under articles 139 and 148 bis of the Federal Penal Code or that could be located in the cases of Article 400 Bis of the same legal system.
Means to communicate changes to the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be modified and changed at any time without prior notice and may be communicated through the publication of the updated and current version of this Notice on our website www.sfcreditoexpress.mx and in our branches. It is your responsibility to review the current Privacy Notice periodically and before using or contracting CAM Services. The information provided to CAM is not considered confidential in accordance with the Law.
